Page Six. Sunday 15th August saw the second day of the public demonstration of the car at Croft for the B.A.R.C. Gerry Belton again took the driving duties and ran a 6.306 at 131.6mph. Slightly slower than the previous day but still the quickest of the cars in the demonstration. Among the other entries was an Allard Dragon driven by Anthony Bayley who clocked a 6.585 at a slowing 85.24mph.

Peter noted that the engine was performing very well but the throttle pedal had to be pushed hard down for the best results.

He also noted that the car had now done 17 runs in the hands of the team.
