The second page concludes the Gravelly meeting and mentions that after a mad dash home up the A1 it was found that there were no lights on the trailer!

The next entry is from Wednesday June 30th when Peter set about carrying out some modifications to the teams Land Rover before giving the once over to the dragster. Notice how everything on the dragster was checked "except the valve settings"! This was the cars preparation for its first proper meeting.
